Sea of Otters

Once upon a time there was a band called Sea of Otters that swam up and down the New Jersey Coast and around the New York metro area.  They shared bills with bands like the Smithereens, the Spin Doctors and Mars Needs Women and had radio play on WNEW, K-Rock and WHTG.
